Jock Rule

Kip Carmichael is no pretty boy.
He's a rough. Dirty. Giant. Hair so unruly, and a beard so thick, his friends on the team call him Sasquatch.
The first time Sasquatch lays eyes on Theodora "Teddy" Johnson across the keg at a party one night on Jock Row, she'd been relegated to the sidelines by her jock hungry "friends."
Week-after-week, he watches beautiful but bashful Teddy getting overshadowed, and overlooked. Sasquatch finally broad shoulders his way through the crowd, offering to to be her hairy godmother. But the minute their eyes meet? He's a goner.
Teaching her the RULES for winning a jock will be the easy part. Not falling in love with her is going to be a losing game.

Kip, aka Sasquatch, is the big burly Rugby player that goes out of his way to avoid people. Teddy is the nice girl will do anything she can to help someone else while ignoring her own needs. When Kip see's her at a party being walked all over by her so-called friends, he takes the initiative and decides that Teddy needs his help on how to handle people.

These two were an amazing couple. Kip was this no nonsense type of guy that gave it to Teddy straight and I loved getting to see him toughing her up. Teddy, despite her people-pleaser flaws, wasn't some shy heroine she was just a little too nice. With Kip though she never held back her wittiness and that was something I adored seeing between these two.

Overall, this is a book I would recommend to anyone that's a fan of the NA genre. It can also be read as a standalone so you don't have to read the previous book before starting this one.

I really enjoyed this book. I 've been looking forward to it since the first book in this series Jock Row. (The books aren't connected so they can be read as standalones) Jock Row was really good and this book was just as good. I love how different the 2 main characters were. Kip is this big bearded long haired strong giant. He has his reason for his appearance and I actually understand why he would do it. Coming from money isn't always a good thing and Kip just couldn't be doing with girls throwing themselves at him for that reason Money. He is a really handsome guy and playing rugby even if it isn't a top sport like football and baseball there are still girls that want them for this reason. So he stayed away from them and become this scary hairy guy thinking it would stop him from looking so good haha guys are crazy sometimes. Cause in my head this hairy guy looks really hot.

Teddy is a really sweet girl and I like her a lot. She is so innocent and naive. She hasn't seen a lot of things growing up. It was just her mum and her growing up and her mum had to work around the clock so Teddy did spend a lot of time on her own. But she understood what needed to happen so this just made her more determined to work hard on college to get that job that would make a difference. So guys were really on her mind. Ye she wanted someone that would care for her and just be a really nice guy. So going on Jock Row wasn't really her seen. But the big hairy Bigfoot that ended up talking to her and being a bit crude wasn't her type until they got talking and she couldn't resist the big guy.

This story is just so cute and just shows that it's not always what we see that counts it's about who that person is. Kip and Teddy couldn't be more different but they are meant to be together. They bring out the best sides in each other to. It was really great seeing this big guy go soft for this sweet caring girl and Teddy was the same she needed someone that would push her to stop having people walk all over her and Kip was that guy. I loved how he could make her blush with a simple word it was so cute.

I would recommend this book. The story is light and sweet and quite sexy in part. I couldn't put it down. This book was just what I needed. I really like this author I can't wait for more of this series. Sports romance is one of me favourites. So I had no doubts that I would luv this book.
