Prior and Paris were great characters and I loved that they didn't fall into a relationship super easily. They had a lot of animosity between them and had to work through some issues before they even became friends which I thought was really fun to see. Paris could come off as a little standoff-ish but once Prior broke down her walls we got to see that she was a strong character and perfect for Prior.
I loved the close family dynamic that we got to see with Prior's family and Paris' friends. They're a very tight group and always so supportive. I love seeing that in books and this author never fails to write amazing groups like that.
