Dear Mister...**strike out** no, too formal.
Hey there sweet cheeks *strike out* no, too forward.
To whom it may concern,
Full disclosure; before we move forward with this email, I would like it to be known that I have consumed an adequate amount of alcoholic beverages to intoxicate myself tonight. Three margaritas, two shots, and one beer—because it was free.
I think it’s important to be open and honest with your co-workers, don’t you?
So here I am, being honest. Drunk but honest. Or just drunk with lust? You decide.
I like you so much it’s clouding my judgment and making me do things I never would sober. Like write this letter.
I have a hopeless, foolish, schoolgirl crush on you when you are the last person on earth I should be falling for. Did you know people around the office call you a sadist? An egomaniac. An insensitive, arrogant prick. Your bark is worse then your bite, and you don’t scare me. The fact is, I’d love that bite of yours to nip at my bare skin while we’re both wearing nothing but sheets.
For once I want you to look at me as more than one of your employees.
And as long as we're being honest, that navy blue suit you wear? With the crisp white shirt? It really makes me want to loosen your tie and show you who’s boss.
Love,
Sincerely,
Yours.

This book was just so good. I couldn't put it down once I started I read it in a day. I 've read Sara Ney before and I huge fan but I just not gotten around to reading Meghan Quinn until now. I now I can't wait to read more of her books. This story was so good I luvd the chase that went on between Rome and Peyton. They are so different. Rome is so driven and a total workaholic. All he does is work and work. He doesn't even like to break rules he really does have a stick up his butt. Woman are the last thing on his mind. He is crazy but totally sexy. Peyton is also driven but knows how to have fun. The attraction she has to Rome is cute and she funny. The email she sent was so funny I luv it when a book has emails and text flying back and forth. It was what made Rome finally let loose. He just didn't know it was the woman he found sexy.
I really did enjoy this book. It was light hearted and so funny. Both main characters are really good. I really like Hunter I m so looking forward to more of him he is funny and a lil dopey but I luvd how he pushed Rome's buttons. It doesn't take much to push Rome's buttons but he is the master of it right next to Peyton. I do luv a strong woman in books and Peyton is the stronger one in this story. She doesn't let anyone get away with a thing. Even when Rome was being his worst she didn't let him get to her she held her head up high and got on with it. She is so focused on what she wants it didn't matter what she wanted she would give up the thing she wanted to have the most her dream and job were important. Ye she doubted what she was doing at times but she alway had her dream job at the front of her mind. I really luvd Peyton. The flirting and the sexual tension between her and Rome was so hot I was so happy when Rome started to loosen up. You wouldn't thing this sexy CEO would be so up tight. He had this sexy woman right in front of his face and he still didn't see. Even though he wanted her in his own crazy way.
I would highly recommend this book. Everything about it was so good. I really looking forward to seeing what these to awesome woman can do together. If it anything like this book I can't wait.
I almost passed over this book when I first saw it without requesting an ARC and even without adding it to my TBR. I don't even know why other than the fact that I'm an idiot and at first I thought, hmm just another office romance. But let me assure you that this book is not just another anything. This book is the office romance of 2018. It was hilarious, sexy, and had me captivated the entire time.
I loved the quirky emails between Peyton and Rome and how much fun they brought to the book. Even when Rome was being a bit of a stick in the mud, there was still that very light and enjoyable feel about the story. I don't think I once stopped smiling like a schoolgirl talking to her crush while I had this book in my hand, and I loved that about it. The characters just worked together so well and it made their romance so easy to read about even when it was definitely more complicated for them to navigate.
I would definitely say this is a book that goes in the win category for this genre and one I am hardcore recommending to everyone. I cannot wait to see what else Sara Ney and Meghan Quinn can come up with for their next adventure.
EXCERPT
I open the company messenger app on my phone and scroll through the executive names, knowing full well I’m about to break a policy. It’s the company’s phone, and the company’s app, and I’m about to use it for personal use. To flirt. With my boss.
I close my eyes, find his name—next to it is a little, green dot, which means. . .
He’s on the app.
I’ve never talked to him live before so this is a huge step, but then again, it might be more fun to get his initial reactions to my comments.
Debating it for all but two seconds, I type out a message to him, making sure I’m signed on under my LSY persona.
HandsRomingMyBody: Hey you.
My text turns into a new message on the app and I wait on bated breath to see if he will respond. Nerves prickle up my spine, my fingers feeling numb, my mind playing mutiny with my heart just as little dots appear letting me know he’s typing.
Oh God, I don’t think I’ve been more excited.
ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Born in New York and raised in Southern California, Meghan has grown into a sassy, peanut butter eating, blonde haired swearing, animal hoarding lady. She is known to bust out and dance if “It’s Raining Men” starts beating through the air and heaven forbid you get a margarita in her, protect your legs because they may be humped. Once she started commuting for an hour and twenty minutes every day to work for three years, she began to have conversations play in her head, real life, deep male voices and dainty lady coos kind of conversations. Perturbed and confused, she decided to either see a therapist about the hot and steamy voices running through her head or start writing them down. She decided to go with the cheaper option and started writing… enter her first novel, Caught Looking. Now you can find the spicy, most definitely on the border of lunacy, kind of crazy lady residing in Colorado with the love of her life and her five, furry four legged children, hiking a trail or hiding behind shelves at grocery stores, wondering what kind of lube the nervous stranger will bring home to his wife. Oh and she loves a good boob squeeze!
