Park Avenue Prince is the endearing tale of Sam Shaw and Grace Astor, the Prince and Princess of Park Avenue. Sam is new money and he build himself up from nothing in run down apartments in New Jersey to living in a Park Avenue penthouse. He still remembers what it's like to have nothing though so he finds it hard to let himself get attached to material things. But as his best friend tells him, he can't leave his penthouse empty other than his ratty old couch.
Enter Grace, gallery owner and the woman he wants for more than art consulting. Grace isn't into the rich guys she grew up around, though; she likes artists and musician and any other guy that needs her to take care of him. But Sam didn't get his billions by giving up and he's determined to get her smart mouth against his.
I really enjoyed Sam and Grace's story and getting to see them slowly come together. It took some work on both of their parts but the journey to them finally letting go of their fears to be with one another was amazing. It was a good blend of sexual tension, romance, and sexiness that will have you captivated from start to finish.
This book was just overall entertaining and I think many people will enjoy getting to know these characters. They were very well developed and had a lot of personality traits that I think a lot of people will be able to relate to. It's definitely a recommended book from me for anyone looking for a steamy contemporary with a billionaire and his princess.
