*Synopsis*

At Las Vegas’s exclusive Club Sin, Aidan Knight is the Master, unleashing the erotic yearnings of his submissive lovers. But his dominant façade conceals a devastating loss—something he instantly recognizes in his personally trained submissive Cora Adams. Sworn to unearth her secrets, Aidan uses his seductive skills to ignite her wildest desires until Cora yields to the pleasure she can find only with him.

Cora came to the BDSM club to act out her sub-and-dom fantasies without ever revealing the heartbreak that haunts her. But Aidan’s masterful touch is bringing her closer to the edge . . . and deeper into a world of control and surrender. He refuses to allow her to submit to any other man—nor does she want to. It’s a dangerous game they’re playing. For as they give in to passion, they must lay bare their souls for a love that could heal—and free—them both.

Cora has been in love with Aidan for years. At Club Sin she submits to him and loves him in the only way he will allow, but outside of the club they have no interaction. Aidan is still mourning the loss of his sub, Lily, and won't commit to anyone else. But when he starts to notice Cora pulling away from him, he must come to terms with his loss and be the Dom that Cora needs.

Aidan was the tortured Hero that you just want to hug tight and never let go. He didn't feel like he deserved Cora and when we learn how deeply his soul is wounded it's a little heartbreaking. I liked his character and found myself cheering him on to get his girl.

Cora had protected Aidan for years by never showing her true feelings. But she can't hide them anymore, and she feels her heart break every time they leave the club. There was nothing spectacular about her character but she was likable and I felt for her. I did want a little more about the characters but it didn't ruin the book for me not knowing.

Stacey Kennedy can write some steamy scenes! This is very light BDSM so nothing too out there but the connections between the Aidan and Cora at the club was amazing. In the first book I was missing the romance between the characters so I wasn't expecting anything more than another smutty book when I read this one. I was pleasantly surprised though and loved the emotional connection that Aidan and Cora had.
